  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  3. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and shipping the replacement.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made a shipping error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ActualsDeal is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Include photos of the damaged item or packaging.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
